Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the preceding three (3) months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Symbaitic, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Symbaitic Technologies (Sole Proprietorship) is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
